It was a BEAUTIFUL fall evening where the colors were really starting to pop! I met the Toner family at the local Bellevue Park and we had fun roaming around some of their favorite spots at the park. The Toner family lives right next door to Bellevue and I couldn't believe I had never shot a session at this beautiful park before. I will definitely have to keep this park in mind for future outdoor sessions, it was certainly a treat to shoot at a new location! The Toner family is a fun loving family! They love taking long walks, enjoying the outdoors and watching their little family just have fun and grow. Enjoy this beautiful family session and Happy Fall :)

There's nothing better than taking photos for family's and watching them grow! You may remember Logan with his pumpkin photos from last year during his birthday...if you thought he was cute then...he's even cuter now! Talk about a ham with a personality! Logan's family is all about energy and having fun. From two perfectly behaved dogs, to Logan's cheesy smile, we all had a great time on a HOT and HUMID, fall day. Bet you couldn't tell that we were all sweating huh? Here's peak at the Schauer family!!

Lifestyle | The Conte Family

Kate Conte originally got in touch with me this past January about taking some photos of their soon to be one year old, MJay. Fast forward to this fall and we were finally able to schedule a date and time to take some awesome family photos for Kate, her husband Mike and their son MJay. MJay sure is a free spirit and kept us on our toes for the entire session! MJay loves to run around, play with trains and loves to play with footballs! I know sometimes family sessions can be completely overwhelming, especially with little ones who have minds of their own! Even on the days when it feels like everything didn't go as planned, I then review all of my images after a session and realize I captured a TRUE family with my camera and got some great candids! Here are some of MJays adorable photos...I especially LOVE the family ones!

Bridget Cecilia

I think I'm finally starting to find my niche in the photography world...newborn photography! Let me just say, newborn photography isn't easy! It's hard work, requires a lot of patience and a lot of safety is involved while taking newborn photos. But, I love photographing newborn babies in the first few weeks of their lives. They are just too precious for words, and Bridget Cecilia is no exception!

Baby girl Bridget was born just a little over two weeks ago and what a little doll she is! She is absolutely adorable and ALREADY has a mind of her own. Her mom, Kristin, is my cousin. It is always a joy to take photographs for family. Not only do I get to capture our ever expanding family, but I get to provide beautiful memories as well. Kristin and her husband, Steve, are SO in love with their little girl. Especially Steve...he is a doting father and completely enamored by his daughter.

Bridget's newborn photos were taken the first day of fall, so it was very appropriate to
use my fall themed newborn items and props :)

Kristin's favorite color is purple, so I knew she would want to use this adorable
purple, knit hat for some of the photos.

Isn't Bridget the cutest little pumpkin you've ever seen?

This last photo was taken for Dad, he requested Cookie Monster to be a part
of the photo session, I hope this photo makes Steve very happy!

The Latest and Greatest

 

I've been really bad with blogging individual sessions lately and being back work to full time demands more time from me than I remember! I wanted to at least show a peak of family sessions that I've had the pleasure to take over the past few months. From cute babies, to wonderful growing families, to loyal clients...I love capturing images that clients will remember forever. From surviving the rain, heat and storms, all of my sessions lately have been wonderful additions to the RSD family. Enjoy some of the latest and greatest images :)
